( أَخْبَرَنَا ) الْفَقِيهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَارِثِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ هَانِئٍ، ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ طَارِقٍ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ يُونُسَ وَعُقَيْلٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ
مَرَّ بِشَاةٍ مَيْتَةٍ، فَقَالَ: هَلَّا انْتَفَعْتُمْ بِإِهَابِهَا ؟. فَقَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّهَا مَيْتَةٌ. فَقَالَ: " إِنَّمَا حَرُمَ أَكْلُهَا ". زَادَ عُقَيْلٌ " أَوَلَيْسَ فِي الْمَاءِ وَالْقَرَظِ مَا يُطَهِّرُهَا ؟ ".
