أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ الْبَغَوِيُّ، نَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، نَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ - لَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ - قَالَ:

مَنْ نَامَ وَهُوَ جَالِسٌ فَلَا وُضُوءَ عَلَيْهِ، وَإِنِ اضْطَجَعَ، فَعَلَيْهِ الْوُضُوءُ
