أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي وَغَيْرُهُ قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكٌ ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْعَبْدِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي النَّضْرِ مَوْلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَبِي عَامِرٍ

أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ ؓ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ، قَلَّمَا يَدَعُ ذَلِكَ إِذَا خَطَبَ: إِذَا قَامَ الْإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فَاسْتَمِعُوا وَأَنْصِتُوا فَإِنَّ لِلْمُنْصِتِ الَّذِي لَا يَسْمَعُ مَنِ الْحَظِّ مِثْلَ مَا لِلسَّامِعِ الْمُنْصِتِ، فَإِذَا قَامَتِ الصَّلَاةُ فَاعْدِلُوا الصُّفُوفَ وَحَاذُوا بِالْمَنَاكِبِ، فَإِنَّ اعْتِدَالَ الصُّفُوفِ مِنْ تَمَامِ الصَّلَاةِ، ثُمَّ لَا يُكَبِّرُ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَهِ رِجَالٌ قَدْ وَكَّلَهُمْ بِتَسْوِيَةِ الصُّفُوفِ فَيُخْبِرُونَهُ أَنْ قَدِ اسْتَوَتْ فَيُكَبِّرُ
