أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي وَغَيْرُهُ قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ أَبِي مَالِكٍ أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ

أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا فِي زَمَنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ يُصَلُّونَ حَتَّى يَخْرُجَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ، فَإِذَا خَرَجَ وَجَلَسَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ وَأَذَّنَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ جَلَسُوا يَتَحَدَّثُونَ حَتَّى إِذَا سَكَتَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ وَقَامَ عُمَرُ سَكَتُوا فَلَمْ يَتَحَدَّثْ أَحَدٌ
