وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَا: أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، أَنْبَأَ جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ:
كَانَ النَّاسُ عُمَّالَ أَنْفُسِهِمْ، وَكَانُوا يَرُوحُونَ إِلَى الْجُمُعَةِ بِهَيْئَتِهِمْ، فَكَانَ يُقَالُ لَهُمْ لَوِ اغْتَسَلْتُمْ
