أَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ وَعَاصِمٍ الْأَحْوَلِ وَعَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ صَاحِبِ الزِّيَادِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ:
خَطَبَنَا ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فِي يَوْمٍ ذِي رَدْغٍ، فَلَمَّا بَلَغَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ أَمَرَهُ أَنْ يُنَادِيَ الصَّلَاةُ فِي الرِّحَالِ، فَنَظَرَ الْقَوْمُ بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَى بَعْضٍ فَقَالَ: كَأَنَّكُمْ أَنْكَرْتُمْ هَذَا. قَدْ فَعَلَ هَذَا مَنْ هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِنِّي وَإِنَّهَا عَزْمَةٌ
