وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَازِمٍ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الثَّقَفِيُّ، ثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، ثَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ صَالِحٍ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، أَيُّمَا قَرْيَةٍ اجْتَمَعَ فِيهَا خَمْسُونَ رَجُلًا فَلْيَؤُمَّهُمْ رَجُلٌ مِنْهُمْ، وَلْيَخْطُبْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلْيُصَلِّ بِهِمُ الْجُمُعَةَ
