أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ كَتَبَ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْمِيَاهِ فِيمَا بَيْنَ الشَّامِ إِلَى مَكَّةَ: جَمِّعُوا إِذَا بَلَغْتُمْ أَرْبَعِينَ
