أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ شِيرَوَيْهِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ، ثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ أَبِي النَّجُودِ، عَنْ زِرٍّ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ عَسَّالٍ قَالَ:
رَخَّصَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ لِلْمُسَافِرِ ثَلَاثًا إِلَّا مِنْ جَنَابَةٍ، وَلَكِنْ مِنْ غَائِطٍ أَوْ بَوْلٍ أَوْ رِيحٍ
