( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ فُورَكَ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:

" لَا تَمْنَعُوا النِّسَاءَ الْمَسَاجِدَ بِاللَّيْلِ، فَقَالَ ابْنُهُ: وَاللهِ لَنَمْنَعُهُنَّ يَتَّخِذْنَهُ دَغَلًا فَرَفَعَ يَدَهُ فَلَطَمَهُ. وَقَالَ أُحَدِّثُكَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَتَقُولُ هَذَا
