( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ السَّرَّاجُ، ثَنَا أَبُو شُعَيْبٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، ثَنَا الْعَيْشِيُّ، ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، ثَنَا ثَابِتٌ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ:
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَتَى عَلَى عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ وَقَدْ خَرَجَ لِصَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ وَعَلِيٌّ يَقُولُ: اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي، اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْنِي، اللَّهُمَّ تُبْ عَلَيَّ فَضَرَبَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مَنْكِبَهُ وَقَالَ: اعْمُمْ فَفَضْلُ مَا بَيْنَ الْعُمُومِ وَالْخُصُوصِ كَمَا بَيْنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ
