( وَالثَّانِي ) مَا أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ النَّجَّادُ بِبَغْدَادَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ الزِّبْرِقَانِ، أَنْبَأَ يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَ أَصْبَغُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، ثَنَا مَنْصُورٌ، عَنْ ثَوْرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حَيٍّ الْمُؤَذِّنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
لَا يَحِلُّ لِرَجُلٍ أَوْ لِامْرِئٍ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ وَهُوَ حَاقِنٌ حَتَّى يَتَخَفَّفَ، وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يَؤُمَّ قَوْمًا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِمْ، وَلَا يَخُصَّ نَفْسَهُ بِدَعْوَةٍ دُونَهُمْ. فَإِنْ فَعَلَ فَقَدْ خَانَهُمْ، وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ فِي قَعْرِ بَيْتٍ فَإِنْ نَظَرَ فَقَدْ دَمَرَ أَوْ قَالَ: فَقَدْ دَخَلَ

يرويه يزيد بن شريح واختلف عنه فرواه ثور بن يزيد عن يزيد بن شريح عن أبي حي المؤذن عن أبي هريرة قال ذلك أصبغ بن زيد عن منصور بن زاذان عن ثور بن يزيد وخالفه عيسى بن يونس فرواه عن ثور عن شرحبيل بن مسلم عن أبي حي عن أبي هريرة ووهم في قوله شرحبيل بن مسلم وإنما أراد يزيد بن شريح وخالفه حبيب بن صالح فرواه عن يزيد بن شريح عن أبي حي المؤذن عن ثوبان عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وخالفه معاوية بن صالح فرواه عن السفر بن نسير عن يزيد بن شريح عن أبي أمامة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ذلك عبد الرحمن بن مهدي وابن وهب وزيد بن الحباب عن معاوية وخالفهم معن بن عيسى فرواه عن معاوية بن صالح عن السفر بن نسير عن يزيد بن خمير عن عبد الله بن عمرو عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لا يأتي أحدكم الصلاة وهو حقن فقط ووهم فيه والصحيح عن معاوية بن صالح عن السفر عن يزيد بن شريح عن أبي أمامة وعن حبيب بن صالح عن يزيد بن شريح عن أبي حي عن ثوبان

Shurayḥ, from Abū Umāmah, from the Prophet ﷺ; ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. Mahdī, Ibn Wahb and Zayd b. al-Ḥubāb said so, from Muʿāwiyah. Maʿn b. ʿĪsā contradicted them and narrated it from Muʿāwiyah b. Ṣāliḥ, from al-Safar b. Nusayr, from Yazīd b. Khumayr, from ʿAbdullāh b. ʿAmr, from the Prophet ﷺ: "None of you should come to prayer while holding in urine," only that, and he erred in it. The correct version is from Muʿāwiyah b. Ṣāliḥ, from al-Safar, from Yazīd b. Shurayḥ, from Abū Umāmah, and from Ḥabīb b. Ṣāliḥ, from Yazīd b. Shurayḥ, from Abū Ḥayy, from Thawbān.
