( أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا أَبُو عُتْبَةَ، ثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَأَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا تُجَاوِزُ صَلَاتُهُمْ رُءُوسَهُمُ. رَجُلٌ أَمَّ قَوْمًا وَهُمْ لَهُ كَارِهُونَ، وَامْرَأَةٌ بَاتَتْ وَزَوْجُهَا سَاخِطٌ عَلَيْهَا وَمَمْلُوكٌ فَرَّ مِنْ مَوْلَاهُ
