The Messenger of Allah ﷺ led us in the dawn prayer and said: "Is so-and-so present?" They said: No. He said: "Is so-and-so present?" They said: No. He said: "These two prayers, meaning the ʿishāʾ and the dawn prayer, are the heaviest of prayers upon the hypocrites. If they knew what is in them, they would come to them even if crawling. The first row is like the row of the angels, and if you knew its virtue you would race to it. A man's prayer with another man is purer than his prayer alone, and his prayer with two men is purer than his prayer with one man, and the more numerous they are, the more beloved it is to Allah, Mighty and Majestic."

It is possible that he heard from Abū Baṣīr, that he heard from Ibn Abī Baṣīr from Abū Baṣīr, and that he heard from al-ʿAyzār from Abū Baṣīr. My father said: I heard Sulaymān b. Ḥarb say: Wahb b.
