( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ، ثَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
مَنْ خَافَ أَنْ لَا يَسْتَيْقِظَ آخِرَ اللَّيْلِ فَلْيُوتِرْ أَوَّلَهُ، ثُمَّ لْيَرْقُدْ، وَمَنْ طَمِعَ أَنْ يَسْتَيْقِظَ مِنْ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ فَلْيُوتِرْ مِنْ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ، فَإِنَّ قِرَاءَةَ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ مَحْضُورَةٌ، وَذَلِكَ أَفْضَلُ

يرويه الأعمش واختلف عنه فرواه عمرو بن أبي رزين عن الثوري عن الأعمش عن أبي سفيان عن جابر عن عائشة وغيره لا يذكر عائشة وهو الصواب
