( أَخْبَرَنَا ) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الصَّغَانِيُّ يَعْنِي: مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الرَّازِيُّ، ثَنَا سَلَمَةُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَنْصُورٍ مَوْلَى سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، عَنْ وِتْرِ اللَّيْلِ، فَقَالَ: يَا بُنَيَّ، هَلْ تَعْرِفُ وِتْرَ النَّهَارِ ؟ قُلْتُ: نَعَمِ الْمَغْرِبُ، قَالَ: صَدَقْتَ وِتْرُ اللَّيْلِ وَاحِدَةٌ، بِذَلِكَ أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ. فَقُلْتُ: يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، إِنَّ النَّاسَ يَقُولُونَ: إِنَّ تِلْكَ الْبُتَيْرَاءُ، قَالَ: يَا بُنَيَّ، لَيْسَ تِلْكَ الْبُتَيْرَاءَ، إِنَّمَا الْبُتَيْرَاءُ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ الرَّجُلُ الرَّكْعَةَ التَّامَّةَ فِي رُكُوعِهَا وَسُجُودِهَا وَقِيَامِهَا، ثُمَّ يَقُومُ فِي الْأُخْرَى فَلَا يُتِمُّ لَهَا رُكُوعًا وَلَا سُجُودًا وَلَا قِيَامًا، فَتِلْكَ الْبُتَيْرَاءُ
