( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْأَدِيبُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ الْفَارَيَابِيُّ، ثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، قَالَ: وَأَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو يَعْلَى، ثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ قَالُوا: ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَمْرَو بْنَ أَوْسٍ الثَّقَفِيَّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ ؓ يَقُولُ: قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
" أَحَبُّ الصِّيَامِ إِلَى اللهِ صِيَامُ دَاوُدَ، كَانَ يَصُومُ يَوْمًا وَيُفْطِرُ يَوْمًا، وَأَحَبُّ الصَّلَاةِ إِلَى اللهِ صَلَاةُ دَاوُدَ، كَانَ يَنَامُ نِصْفَ اللَّيْلِ وَيَقُومُ ثُلُثَهُ وَيَنَامُ سُدُسَهُ
