وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْفَارِسِيُّ، ثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْمِهْرِقَانِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَهُوَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ قَالَ:
كَانَ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ وَشُعْبَةُ وَحَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ وَحَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ وَشَرِيكٌ وَأَبُو عَوَانَةَ لَا يَحُدُّونَ وَلَا يُشَبِّهُونَ وَلَا يُمَثِّلُونَ يَرْوُونَ الْحَدِيثَ وَلَا يَقُولُونَ كَيْفَ، وَإِذَا سُئِلُوا أَجَابُوا بِالْأَثَرِ
