وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو مُوسَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ. فَذَكَرَهُ بِإِسْنَادِهِ، وَزَادَ عَلَيْهِ:
" غُفْرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ
