I asked ʿĀʾishah (may God be pleased with her) about the prayer of the Messenger of God ﷺ, and she said: "The Messenger of God ﷺ used to pray a great deal both standing and sitting. When he began the prayer standing, he bowed standing, and when he began the prayer sitting, he bowed sitting."
