( أَنْبَأَ ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ الْمَعْرُوفُ بِأَبِي الشَّيْخِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيِّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، ثَنَا الْجُعَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ خُصَيْفَةَ، عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ:

كُنْتُ نَائِمًا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَحَصَبَنِي رَجُلٌ فَنَظَرْتُ فَإِذَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ فَقَالَ: اذْهَبْ فَأْتِنِي بِهَذَيْنِ. فَجِئْتُهُ بِهِمَا فَقَالَ: مِمَّنْ أَنْتُمَا ؟ قَالَا: مِنْ أَهْلِ الطَّائِفِ. فَقَالَ: لَوْ كُنْتُمَا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَلَدِ لَأَوْجَعْتُكُمَا، تَرْفَعَانِ أَصْوَاتَكُمَا فِي مَسْجِدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ
