وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو نَصْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، أَنْبَأَ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى
أَنَّ عَبْدَ الْمَلِكِ أَوْ غَيْرَهُ بَعَثَ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ بِالْأَطِبَّاءِ عَلَى الْبُرُدِ، وَقَدْ وَقَعَ الْمَاءُ فِي عَيْنَيْهِ، فَقَالُوا: تُصَلِّي سَبْعَةَ أَيَّامٍ مُسْتَلْقِيًا عَلَى قَفَاكَ، فَسَأَلَ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ وَعَائِشَةَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ، فَنَهَتَاهُ
