( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ حَفْصٍ، الْمُقْرِئُ بْنُ الْحَمَّامِيِّ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:

صَلَّيْنَا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ الْفَجْرَ بِمِنًى، فَجَاءَ رَجُلَانِ حَتَّى وَقَفَا عَلَى رَوَاحِلِهِمَا، فَأَمَرَ بِهِمَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَجِيءَ بِهِمَا تُرْعَدُ فَرَائِصُهُمَا، فَقَالَ لَهُمَا: " مَا مَنَعَكُمَا أَنْ تُصَلِّيَا مَعَ النَّاسِ ؟ أَلَسْتُمَا مُسْلِمَيْنِ ؟ ". قَالَا: بَلَى يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّا كُنَّا صَلَّيْنَا فِي رِحَالِنَا، فَقَالَ لَهُمَا: إِذَا صَلَّيْتُمَا فِي رِحَالِكُمَا، ثُمَّ أَتَيْتُمَا الْإِمَامَ فَصَلِّيَا مَعَهُ، فَإِنَّهَا لَكُمَا نَافِلَةٌ
