( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ فِي التَّارِيخِ، أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْوَجِيهِ - يَعْنِي النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، ثَنَا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ، أَنْبَأَ الْعَوَّامُ بْنُ حَوْشَبٍ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ:
كَانَ يَأْمُرُنَا بِالْقِرَاءَةِ خَلْفَ الْإِمَامِ، قَالَ: وَكُنْتُ أَقُومُ إِلَى جَنْبِ أَنَسٍ فَيَقْرَأُ بِفَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ وَسُورَةٍ مِنَ الْمُفَصَّلِ، وَيُسْمِعُنَا قِرَاءَتَهُ لِنَأْخُذَ عَنْهُ
