( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي الْحَوَارِي، وَعَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، وَمَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، وَكَثِيرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ سَهْلٍ، قَالُوا: أَنْبَأَ الْوَلِيدُ - هُوَ ابْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنْ حَسَّانَ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ: أَنَّ أَبَا الدَّرْدَاءِ، قَالَ:
لَا يَتْرُكُ قِرَاءَةَ فَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ خَلْفَ الْإِمَامِ جَهَرَ، أَوْ لَمْ يَجْهَرْ
