( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ الْأَسَدِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، ثَنَا الْحَكَمُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي لَيْلَى يَقُولُ:

لَقِيَنِي كَعْبُ بْنُ عُجْرَةَ فَقَالَ لِي: أَلَا أُهْدِي لَكَ هَدِيَّةً ؟ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا فَقُلْنَا لَهُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، قَدْ عَلِمْنَا كَيْفَ نُسَلِّمُ عَلَيْكَ، فَكَيْفَ نُصَلِّي عَلَيْكَ ؟ فَقَالَ: " قُولُوا: اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ، وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ، اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ، وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ
