( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ: إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ الزَّاهِدُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ، ثَنَا ابْنُ جُعْشُمٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ - هُوَ الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ قَالَ:

سَمِعَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ رَجُلًا حِينَ جَلَسَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ يَقُولُ: الْحَمْدُ لِلهِ قَبْلَ التَّشَهُّدِ فَانْتَهَرَهُ وَقَالَ: ابْدَأْ بِالتَّشَهُّدِ
