( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ، ثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ: يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُسْلِمٍ، قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِمَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ: إِنَّ بَعْضَهُمْ أَخْبَرَنِي عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: إِنْ أَدْرَكَهُمْ رُكُوعًا أَوْ سُجُودًا أَوْ جُلُوسًا يُكَبِّرُ تَكْبِيرَتَيْنِ، فَقَالَ مَالِكٌ: أَمَّا فِي الرُّكُوعِ وَالسُّجُودِ فَذَلِكَ الْأَمْرُ الَّذِي نَعْرِفُهُ، وَأَمَّا تَكْبِيرَتَيْنِ لِلْجُلُوسِ فَإِنِّي لَا أَعْرِفُ هَذَا. قُلْتُ: يُكَبِّرُ وَاحِدَةً يَسْتَفْتِحُ بِهَا وَيَجْلِسُ بِهَا ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ
