( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ، ثَنَا أَبُو سَهْلِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الْقَطَّانُ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ، ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ:
أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ كَانَ يُؤَذِّنُ لِمَرْوَانَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ، فَاشْتَرَطَ أَنْ لَا يَسْبِقَهُ بِالضَّالِّينَ حَتَّى يَعْلَمَ أَنَّهُ قَدْ دَخَلَ الصَّفَّ، فَكَانَ إِذَا قَالَ مَرْوَانُ: وَلا الضَّالِّينَ قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: آمِينَ. يَمُدُّ بِهَا صَوْتَهُ، وَقَالَ: إِذَا وَافَقَ تَأْمِينُ أَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ تَأْمِينَ أَهْلِ السَّمَاءِ غُفِرَ لَهُمْ
