( أَخْبَرَنَا ) الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ الْمُنْذِرِ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ:
أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ عَائِشَةَ ؓ هَلْ رُخِّصَ لِلنِّسَاءِ أَنْ يُصَلِّينَ عَلَى الدَّوَابِّ ؟ قَالَتْ: لَمْ يُرَخَّصْ لَهُنَّ فِي شِدَّةٍ وَلَا رَخَاءٍ
