أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا ابْنُ بِنْتِ مَنِيعٍ، ثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ ثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ ؓ:

أُمُّ الْوَلَدِ تَعْتِقُ وَإِنْ كَانَ سِقْطًا
