وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا حِبَّانُ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ خِلَاسٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ:
إِذَا عَجَزَ الْمُكَاتَبُ اسْتُسْعِيَ حَوْلَيْنِ فَإِنْ أَدَّى وَإِلَّا رُدَّ فِي الرِّقِّ
