أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ ( ح ) قَالَ وَأَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عِيسَى عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ خَوَّاتٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ:
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ أَنَّ الْمُكَاتَبَ لَا يَجُوزُ لَهُ وَصِيَّةٌ وَلَا هِبَةٌ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ مَوْلَاهُ
