( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، وَأَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْغَضَائِرِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّزَّازُ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ ثَوَابٍ التَّغْلِبِيُّ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَ هِشَامٌ ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكَ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:
" يُودَى الْمُكَاتَبُ بِقَدْرِ مَا عَتَقَ مِنْهُ دِيَةَ الْحُرِّ وَبِقَدْرِ مَا رَقَّ مِنْهُ دِيَةَ الْعَبْدِ. ( زَادَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ فِي رِوَايَتِهِ ) قَالَ وَكَانَ عَلِيٌّ ؓ وَمَرْوَانُ يَقُولَانِ ذَلِكَ
