( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ الْخَلِيلِ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ حَدَّثَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، ثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ:
يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّا نَسْمَعُ مِنْكَ فَتَأْذَنُ لِي فَأَكْتُبُهَا قَالَ نَعَمْ فَكَانَ أَوَّلُ مَا كَتَبَ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ: لَا يَجُوزُ شَرْطَانِ فِي بَيْعٍ وَاحِدٍ وَلَا بَيْعٌ وَسَلَفٌ مَعًا وَلَا بَيْعُ مَا لَمْ يُضْمَنْ وَمَنْ كَانَ مُكَاتَبًا عَلَى مِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ فَقَضَاهَا كُلَّهَا إِلَّا عَشَرَةَ دَرَاهِمَ فَهُوَ عَبْدٌ أَوْ عَلَى مِائَةِ أُوقِيَّةٍ فَقَضَاهَا كُلَّهَا إِلَّا أُوقِيَّةً فَهُوَ عَبْدٌ
