وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ: أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ الثِّقَةُ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلَنِي ابْنُ الْمُنْكَدِرِ كَيْفَ كَانَ أَبُوكَ يَقُولُ فِي الْمُدَبَّرِ أَيَبِيعُهُ صَاحِبُهُ ؟ قَالَ قُلْتُ كَانَ يَبِيعُهُ إِذَا احْتَاجَ إِلَى ثَمَنِهِ فَقَالَ ابْنُ الْمُنْكَدِرِ وَيَبِيعُهُ إِنْ لَمْ يَحْتَجْ
