وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ ) أَنْبَأَ يَزِيدُ، أَنْبَأَ أَشْعَثُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ:
أَنَّ امْرَأَةً حُرَّةً كَانَتْ تَحْتَ عَبْدٍ فَوَلَدَتْ لَهُ أَوْلَادًا ثُمَّ أُعْتِقَ الْعَبْدُ فَقَضَى شُرَيْحٌ بِجَرِّ الْوَلَاءِ
