( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْقَطَّانُ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عِيسَى، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ هُبَيْرَةَ:
أَنَّ عَلِيًّا ؓ قَضَى فِي عَبْدٍ كَانَتْ تَحْتَهُ حُرَّةٌ فَوَلَدَتْ أَوْلَادًا فَعَتَقُوا بِعِتَاقَةِ أُمِّهِمْ ثُمَّ أُعْتِقَ أَبُوهُمْ بَعْدُ أَنَّ وَلَاءَهُمْ لِعَصَبَةِ أَبِيهِمْ
