( وَفِيمَا أَجَازَ لِي ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ رِوَايَتَهُ عَنْهُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ سُفْيَانُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو طُوَالَةَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ:
كَانَ سَالِمٌ مَوْلَى أَبِي حُذَيْفَةَ مَوْلًى لِامْرَأَةٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ يُقَالُ لَهَا عَمْرَةُ بِنْتُ يَعَارٍ أَعْتَقَتْهُ سَائِبَةً فَقُتِلَ يَوْمَ الْيَمَامَةِ فَأُتِيَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ ؓ بِمِيرَاثِهِ فَقَالَ: أَعْطُوهُ عَمْرَةَ فَأَبَتْ أَنْ تَقْبَلَهُ
