( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ نُجَيْدٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ:
أَنَّ رَجُلًا فِي زَمَانِ أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ أَعْتَقَ رَقِيقًا لَهُ جَمِيعًا فَأَمَرَ أَبَانُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بِذَلِكَ الرَّقِيقِ فَقُسِّمُوا ثَلَاثًا فَأَسْهَمَ بَيْنَهُمْ عَلَى أَيِّهِمْ يَخْرُجُ سَهْمُ الْمَيِّتِ فَيُعْتَقُوا فَخَرَجَ سَهْمُ الْمَيِّتِ عَلَى أَحَدِ الْأَثْلَاثِ فَعُتِقُوا
