( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ شَاكِرٍ، ثَنَا عَمْرٌو يَعْنِي ابْنَ حَمَّادٍ الْقَنَّادَ، ثَنَا أَسْبَاطٌ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ الْبَصْرِيِّ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ:

أَنَّهُ مَاتَ رَجُلٌ وَتَرَكَ سِتَّةَ رِجَالٍ فَأَعْتَقَهُمْ عِنْدَ مَوْتِهِ فَجَاءَ وَرَثَتُهُ فَذَكَرُوا ذَلِكَ لَرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: لَوْ عَلِمْنَا مَا صَلَّيْنَا عَلَيْهِ ". وَقَالَ: " ادْعُهُمْ لِي. فَدَعَاهُمْ فَأَقْرَعَ بَيْنَهُمْ فَأَعْتَقَ اثْنَيْنِ وَرَدَّ أَرْبَعَةً فِي الرِّقِّ
