وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ ثَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَالشَّعْبِيِّ
فِي الْعَبْدِ يَكُونُ بَيْنَ الرَّجُلَيْنِ فَيُعْتِقُ أَحَدُهُمَا نَصِيبَهُ، قَالَا: يَضْمَنُ ثَمَنَهُ لِصَاحِبِهِ بِقِيمَةِ عَدْلِ يَوْمِ أَعْتَقَهُ
