أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ الْحَارِثِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ بُرَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ قَالَ:
أَقْبَلْتُ مِنَ الْجَبَّانِ فَمَرَرْتُ فِي جُعْفِيٍّ وَأَنَا أَقُولُ: الْآنَ وَجَبَتِ الشَّمْسُ، فَمَرَرْتُ بِسُوَيْدِ بْنِ غَفَلَةَ عِنْدَ مَسْجِدِهِمْ فَقُلْتُ: أَصَلَّيْتُمْ ؟ فَقَالَ: نَعَمْ. فَقُلْتُ: مَا أُرَاكُمْ إِلَّا قَدْ عَجَّلْتُمْ، قَالَ: كَذَلِكَ كَانَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ يُصَلِّيهَا
