أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ سَلَامٍ، ثَنَا خَلِيفَةُ بْنُ خَيَّاطٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ وَاصِلٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فَضَاءٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمُزَنِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
" يُعْتِقُ الرَّجُلُ مِنْ عَبْدِهِ مَا شَاءَ إِنْ شَاءَ ثُلُثًا وَإِنْ شَاءَ رُبُعًا وَإِنْ شَاءَ خُمُسًا لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ اللهِ ضُغْطَةٌ
