( وَأَصَحُّ مَا رُوِيَ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ مَا أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ، ثَنَا شَبَابَةُ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ أَوِ ابْنِ الْخَلِيلِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ:

أَنَّ ثَلَاثَةً اشْتَرَكُوا فِي طُهْرِ امْرَأَةٍ فَادَّعَوُا الْوَلَدَ فَأَمَرَ عَلِيٌّ ؓ رَجُلًا أَنْ يُقْرِعَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَأَمَرَ الَّذِي قُرِعَ أَنْ يُعْطِيَ الْآخَرَيْنِ ثُلُثَيِ الدِّيَةِ وَيَكُونَ الْوَلَدُ لَهُ،
