( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْمُسْتَمْلِيُّ، ثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ شَيْبَةَ عَنْ مُسَافِعِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ فِي قِصَّةِ احْتِلَامِ الْمَرْأَةِ قَالَتْ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" وَهَلْ يَكُونُ الشَّبَهُ إِلَّا مِنْ قِبَلِ ذَلِكَ إِذَا عَلَا مَاؤُهَا مَاءَ الرَّجُلِ شَبَهَ الْوَلَدُ أَخْوَالَهُ وَإِذَا عَلَا مَاءُ الرَّجُلِ مَاءَهَا أَشْبَهَ الْوَلَدُ أَعْمَامَهُ
