( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ أَسْلَمَ الْمِنْقَرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ قَالَ:
بَاعَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ ؓ جَارِيَةً كَانَ يَقَعُ عَلَيْهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَسْتَبْرِئَهَا فَظَهَرَ بِهَا حَمْلٌ عِنْدَ الْمُشْتَرِي فَخَاصَمُوهُ إِلَى عُمَرَ ؓ قَالَ فَدَعَا عُمَرُ ؓ عَلَيْهِ الْقَافَةَ فَنَظَرُوا إِلَيْهِ فَأَلْحَقُوهُ بِهِ
