وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْقَطَّانُ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنْبَأَ مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
" إِذَا أُكْرِهَ الِاثْنَانِ عَلَى الْيَمِينِ فَاسْتَحَبَّاهَا فَأَسْهِمْ بَيْنَهُمَا
