أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْبَزَّازُ بِالطَّابَرَانِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ الطُّوسِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الصَّائِغُ، ثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدٌ ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ:

اخْتَصَمَ رَجُلَانِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي شَيْءٍ، وَقَالَ رَوْحٌ فِي بَعِيرٍ لَيْسَ لِوَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بَيِّنَةٌ فَقَضَى بِهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بَيْنَهُمَا نِصْفَيْنِ
