أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ صَفْوَانَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ابْنُ أَبِي الدُّنْيَا، ثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، ثَنَا شَبَابَةُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ مَرْزُوقٍ، عَنْ مَيْسَرَةَ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ قَالَ:
مَرَّ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ عَلَى قَوْمٍ يَلْعَبُونَ بِالشِّطْرَنْجِ فَقَالَ: مَا هَذِهِ التَّمَاثِيلُ الَّتِي أَنْتُمْ لَهَا عَاكِفُونَ
